Garant Schuh + Mode has agreed to sell its 49 percent stake in SED back to the French company, which handles purchasing for Twinner and Technicien du Sport stores, but in return it is competing to take over centralized settlements from Sport 2000 France, now that its members are pooling their purchases with those of Intersport France.
