Gore Wear and Madshus, the Norwegian brand of cross-country skis, have entered into a partnership for the autumn/winter 2018/19 season. The companies are pooling their social media resources, direct-to-consumer communications, and photo and video production centering around Ole-Einar Bjørndalen, the biathlete who has won the highest number of races. He has a long-standing relationship with Gore Wear, and he is serving as a consultant for the program. The two brands are trading experts and organizing joint product launches and events. Madshus and Gore wear will organize a “Cross-Country Skiing Get-Together” with the champion at Ispo Munich at 4 PM on Feb. 5. Ole Einar Bjørndalen will be awarded the annual Ispo Cup on Tuesday, Feb. 5.
