Halfords and Mifa go bankrupt

Halfords, the Dutch retailer of bicycles and automotive accessories, has filed for insolvency, blaming the poor economy in the Netherlands and pressure from the internet. The Dutch Halfords has nothing to do with the British bike retail chain by the same name.
