Head is consolidating its sales operations in Germany and Austria. Rainer Schramm, who has been running its German subsidiary, will take responsibility also for Austria. The Austrian country manager, Rob Koch, will remain available for support until the end of this year, and the company praised him for expanding Head's market shares in the past 13 years. Among other changes further down in the management structure, Ralf Eisenhut, who has been the marketing manager for winter sports in Austria, will also cover Germany. There will be no changes in field sales representatives, but they will report to a single sales director for the different product categories. Customer service and cash management will be centralized and expanded at Head Germany's office in Feldkirchen.
