Head's Spanish subsidiary has appointed Jochen Schirmer as its new sales and marketing director. He replaces Nicolas Fauré, who will become the new general manager of the Austrian brand in France, after four years in Spain. Inventories will be shared between the two subsidiaries. Schirmer, 37, was previously Head's sales manager for Latin America, Australia and New Zealand, for both the racquet sports and winter sports divisions. Previously, he was based at the company's headquarters in Kennelbach, Austria, as the category manager of the racquet sports division, in charge of all the markets.
