H.F. Christiansen, the largest bicycle importer in Denmark, has formed a joint venture with Pro-Movec, a specialist in electric bikes and other electrical vehicles. The new company, which will still be called Pro-Movec, will work on the design, development, production and distribution of e-bikes and their components on the Danish market. Jesper Lundqvist will head up the new company as managing director, and no employees will be lost. The managing director of H.F. Christiansen, Jørgen Christiansen, will be chairman of the board of Pro-Movec.
