Hubertus Hoyt has been appointed as global vice president for football at Nike’s world headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. He served as Nike’s general manager for the football business in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Slovenia from the region’s head office in Frankfurt. Hoyt takes over one of the responsibilities of Joaquin Hidlago, who has also been serving as Nike's global vice president of marketing. In Germany, Hoyt will be replaced by Michaela Stitz, who has most recently acted as Nike’s German sales manager. Before she worked for the brand in Austria.
