Hummel has become the official supplier of Dundee United, a football club that belongs to the Scottish Premier League, and it has a plan to develop a new range of leisurewear for the club in addition to the official teamwear and its replicas. The Danish company already sponsors Hearts FC, another Scottish team taken over last year by Vladimir Romanov, a Lithuanian businessman, which has qualified for next year’s Champions League. Hummel has also gone back to sponsoring the Aston Villa team in Birmingham.
