Hyperice, the new brand of ice compression wraps used to relieve sore muscles, is working with Uhlsport for the distribution of the brand in the non-medical sector in various parts of Europe. Uhlsport's French subsidiary and Uhlsport's distributor for the U.K. and Ireland, Solutions for Sport, have agreed to market the brand in the sporting goods stores and among the sports clubs in their respective countries. Negotiations are taking place to extend the agreement to Uhlsport's domestic German market. Meanwhile, Nicolas Caniez, who worked previously for Adidas and the NBA, has become European sales of manager of Hyperice. He reports to Steve Veytia, the company's French-based chief executive.
