Iconix Brand Group has promoted Seth Horowitz to the position of chief operating officer and hired Jeff Lupinacci as chief financial officer and Rodney Hutton as executive vice president of the men's division. As the former president of Iconix' men's division, Horwitz led the reorganization of Umbro based on the company's licensing business model and signed collaborations for Starter with major American sports leagues. Before joining Iconix, he acted as president of Modell's Sporting Goods and as chairman, chief executive and president of Everlast.
