In a further change of management at Rapala VMC, Arto Nygren will become executive vice president in charge of lure manufacturing as of Jan. 1, taking the place of Juhani Pehkonen and reporting to Stanislas de Castelnau, executive vice president of manufacturing operations and global supply chain development for the fishing tackle company's hook and carp business unit. Nygren has been with Rapala since 1990 and is currently heading the group's new lure manufacturing facility in Batam, Indonesia. Nygren will also join Rapala's executive committee.
