Integrix, the sports fashion company that owns the European license for Fila, has appointed Lincoln International to undertake a strategic review of the business. The announcement follows a number of unsolicited approaches made to the company following its decision to restructure its European operations. Integrix, which also has distribution and licensing deals for other sports brands, is partly owned by Barclays Ventures and by the brothers Rajesh and Rajiv Batra, who have sourcing and manufacturing interests in the U.K. and throughout Asia.
