International Brand Licensing has sold its Admiral sportswear trademarks in southern Africa to Admiral IP, an investment company, for £225,000 (€282,900-$445,2m). This move comes just weeks after IBL sold Admiral’s Turkish trademarks for €400,000, and was cited as another move by IBL to liquidate unproductive assets for cash.
