Intersport acquires The Athlete’s Foot

Intersport International Corporation (IIC) announced today the acquisition of The Athlete's Foot (TAF), a U.S.-based retail company that franchises 430 athletic footwear shops in 27 countries around the world. The acquisition covers 100 percent of TAF's assets, its global trademark rights and all its franchising agreements.
