Intersport España, one of the national Intersport organizations that are acting as pilots for new digital retail services, has appointed Mónica Martín to the role of digital manager of the voluntary group. She comes from a digital consultancy, Splio, that has been working with major chains of fashion and sports shops. She will be aided by five digital marketing experts. Using a Demandware platform for its European launch, Intersport España is scheduled to implement its own e-commerce project in the first quarter of 2018.
