Intersport France has finalized a new management structure that gives priority to partnerships between its directors and its permanent members. Two managing directors, a buying manager and a network manager for all the stores except those in the mountains have been appointed. Annie Bourgade, the new buying director, has been working for the Intersport group for 14 years and has been product manager and a group head. David Derozier, the new director of the Intersport network outside the mountains, has been a regional manager at Sephora and at Naf Naf, and operations manager at McArthurGlen. Two new general managers have been appointed to assist Laurent Boudet, the recently appointed chief executive: Jacky Rihouet, vice president and general manager for commerce/buying, has been a member of Intersport since 1980 and is head of a family group of eight stores in Normandy, which is expected to make a turnover of around €30 million in 2009; Guy Leclerc, the new general manager for support functions, was chairman of the French Intersport group in 1998-2006 and is the chairman of the French Federation of Voluntary Groups. He also runs a family group of 11 stores with an annual turnover of around €25 million.
