Intersport is expanding its involvement in ski jumping by becoming official presenting sponsor of the Vierschanzentouren, the ski jumping series organized by the Austrian and German ski federations at four locations in their respective countries. It is upgrading to the highest sponsorship level for the event, with which it was originally associated as main and title sponsor of the Intersport Springertournee, which in 1995 became the Vierschanzentournee. Intersport agreed to become its main sponsor again last year.
