Jarden takes over Dalbello

Consolidating its increasingly close relationship with the big Italian manufacturer of ski boots, Jarden Corporation has announced a definitive agreement to acquire the Dalbello Group through its Marker Völkl subsidiary. It said that the transaction is securing synergies for further innovative development, while creating cross-selling opportunities.
