Jon Rucker has been promoted to president of the Winter Sports Division at Head/Tyrolia USA, located in Boulder, Colorado. Rucker has been with Head for more than nine years and has spent the last seven as vice president of Winter Sports. According to Kevin Kempin, chief executive and president of Head North America, sales and market share have doubled at the division under Rucker's management. Kempin credits Rucker also with the successful launch of the women's Joy skis, the Tyrolia Attack bindings and especially the Kore ski collection. Rucker arranged Head's partnership with National Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month (LSSM). He sits on the boards of both the National Ski Areas Association (NSAA) and Snowsports Industries America (SIA) and on the NSAA Conversion Committee.
