Jouni Grönroos is leaving Rapala at the end of October after five years as chief financial officer and a member of the executive committee. He will be joining the Fazer Group, a leader in northern Europe and Russia in bakery products and food services. Jussi Ristimäki, 35, will take over Grönroos’ position as of Nov. 1. He has served as tax and risk manager at Rapala since 2007. Before that, he was vice president for taxation at Outokumpu Oyj.
