Kappa has signed a sponsorship agreement with U.E. Santboiana, the rugby team of Sant Boi de Llobregat in Catalonia, covering the next two seasons. The Italian brand will supply sportswear to all the teams of the Spanish club as well as its rugby school. Kappa started its presence on Spain's rugby scene in 2011 as the sponsor of V.R.A.C. Quesos Entrepinares, the club from Valladolid that won the Liga at the end of the season.
