Kering, parent company of Puma, Gucci and other brands, has appointed a new director of mergers and acquisitions to replace Charles de Fleurieu, who is going to serve as head of Kering Eyewear Japan. The new M&A director is Yves Egeileh, 35. He started his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Paris. He joined J.P. Morgan in London in 2005, where he became vice president in charge of mergers & acquisitions in 2012. Egeileh will report to Jean-Marc Duplaix, chief financial officer of Kering.
