Kettler has started a training initiative in 11 German cities, offering its specialized trade partners active support. The European market leader in home exercise is working toward improving the skills of over 1,000 retailers. About 600 retailers will take part in 15 seminars at locations including the BayArena in Leverkusen, the Hockenheimring and the Alliance Arena in Munich. The remaining 400 retailers will be trained directly by Kettler’s sales force. The initiative focuses on product innovations and sales-relevant topics such as DIN-Norm, TÜV-GS and others. Additionally, point-of-sale concepts will be presented. Together with IPN, an institute of prevention and follow-up care in Cologne, Kettler has developed a medically certified cross-trainer test, which will also be presented at the seminars. The last training session is on Oct. 19 in Mainz.
