KWCC, a company based in Hong Kong, started this month to manufacture and sell Adidas branded badminton hardware and accessories through its own global distribution network under a worldwide licensing agreement with the Three Stripes. KWCC hired new experienced engineers, product developers and salespeople in 2011 to boost its presence in badminton. The core range developed for Adidas includes 27 racquets and a shuttlecock made of nylon and feathers.
