L-Fashion Group has bought an 18-year-old Finnish company that markets a line of clothing for young women called Your Face, with annual sales of about €10 million. It has 10 shops and uses a very interesting merchandising concept that the company wants to use for its other operations. The group, which got one-third of its revenues of €165 million from retailing, has also opened nine Rukka stores in China and plans to raise their number to 20 by next Spring through its Chinese partner, Chen Yi Yong. He is the man who built up the Kappa brand in China, taking the number of Kappa stores in the country up to 1,300 from 300 when he split from Li Ning.
