Etoile%20Compass%20N%26B.ai LaCrosse's chief executive, Joseph Schneider, and the U.S. shoe company's chief financial officer, David Carlson, have resigned on their own terms. They had both occupied their positions for more than a decade. The announcement comes nearly three months after the Portland-based manufacturer of outdoor, work and military boots was sold to ABC-Mart, a major Japanese footwear retailer, for $138 million. Replacements have yet to be announced.
