Her previous role as chief operating officer at EA showcased her ability to lead complex transformations within the company. Her past achievements include roles on several councils and boards, including the British Film Institute and the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

The Board of Directors has confirmed Miele’s independence and qualifications under NYSE and SEC standards, highlighting her financial literacy and expertise.
