Spain and Portugal have added Ukraine to their joint bid to co-host the 2030 FIFA World Cup. The news, unveiled by The Times, was confirmed by the presidents of the three countries’ football federations at a joint press conference at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, on Oct. 5.
