Exercise bike company Peloton has agreed to pay plaintiffs’ lawyers $1.75 million in attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses to settle several separate stockholder derivative actions. As part of the settlement, the company will put in place several unspecified corporate governance enhancements to improve oversight.
The settlement hearing is set to take place on June 13 in federal court in Brooklyn, Eastern District of New York, but the cases covered also include actions filed in Delaware chancery court and district court.
