Let's Move for a Better World, the challenge organized by Technogym, is to take place for the third time from March 1 to 19. The idea is that gym members should challenge each other and make donations based on their movements to support the promotion of healthy lifestyles in their community. The movements are measured in units called Moves, which are logged through the My Wellness cloud platform. The top three most active fitness facilities with the largest amount of Moves in each country win equipment funded by Technogym, to be donated to a school of their choice. During this year's edition, the number of visits at the participating gyms shot up by 34 percent and new memberships increased by 17 percent. About 80,000 participants in 17 countries logged more than 315 million Moves, meaning they burned 140 million calories and lost 45,000 pounds.
