Li & Fung is acquiring the Oxford Apparel business of Oxford Industries, to the exclusion of its golf line and of its Ben Sherman, Tommy Bahama and Lanier brands. Separately, the Hong Kong-based sourcing giant has agreed to become a sourcing agent for some of Li Ning’s brands and products.
