Li-Ning is releasing its first collection skateboarding shoes and clothing, in partnership with American professional skateboarder and designer Erik Ellington. The line takes inspiration from the New York City skate scene and the spirit of the 1990s, blending retro and modern styles. The first sneakers of the Li-Ning x Erik Ellington collection will be released globally in three colorways – “Astro Pop”, “Polar Night” and “Tropicana” – on July 30. The accompanying apparel items are scheduled for release later this year, Hypebeast has reported.
