Lindsay Stewart, vice president of Nike for corporate affairs, is going into retirement. Hilary Krane, who left Levi Strauss & Co. in 2010 to join Nike, is taking his place as the top legal affairs executive in the company. The 47-year-old is the first woman to have joined Nike's executive board. Krane is also taking his place as one of the directors of the World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI). Stewart, a former strong candidate as president of WFSGI, was made an honorary director of WFSGI at its general assembly in Munich last week (see separate article).
