LIV Golf has announced the appointments of David Phillipps as Chief Financial Officer, Ross Hallett as EVP, Head of Events, Katie O’Reilly as EVP, Head of Team Business Operations, and Pam Sacree as Head of Human Resources. Additionally, Tim Taylor has been appointed to a new EVP role and will also lead LIV Golf’s London office. All of these executive positions will be based in either LIV Golf’s New York or London offices.

Phillipps joins LIV Golf from the Equinox Group, where he also served as CFO. Prior to Equinox, he was SVP of Finance at global entertainment and sports company Endeavor. He also worked for Starwood Hotels, where he served as the CFO of both the Americas and EMEA divisions, in addition to other corporate roles. Earlier in this career, Phillipps worked at L.E.K. Consulting and Deloitte.

Hallett has more than 26 years of experience in the golf industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Golf Events EMEA for IMG.

O’Reilly previously served as Chief Revenue Officer for the Philadelphia 76ers after serving as the team’s Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to the Philadelphia 76ers, she served as the Director of Partnership Marketing for Insignia Sports & Entertainment and as the National Program Director for IMG College in New York City. She also previously held positions with the National Basketball Association (NBA)’s Team Marketing & Business Operations group and at Madison Square Garden.

Sacree has held human resources leadership roles with organizations such as Madison Square Garden, Cablevision Systems Corporation and AIG. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer with First Agency and then Blue Stream Fiber.

Finally, Taylor, an industry veteran, is taking on new responsibilities after managing LIV Golf’s global financial operations for more than two years.
