Lotto Sport Italia has become the technical sponsor of Team Empire, the Russian e-sports team. Earlier this month, while wearing Lotto colors, Team Empire won the Rainbow Six Siege Season 9 Finals in Milan, avenging its loss to G2 in Montreal in February. For the next three years, Lotto will be supplying Team Empire's players and personnel with apparel and footwear for training, competition, official events and leisure. Based in Moscow, Team Empire was founded in 2014 and has competed three times in the Dota 2 tournament known as The International. In 2017, it was ranked as one of the world's top seven e-sports teams.
