Lululemon is entering the French market in a more serious way by launching its own country-specific website this month, followed by the opening of a physical store of 194 square meters in Paris, at 47 rue Bonaparte. The brand already has a shop-in-shop in the Bon Marché department store and two showrooms in the French capital. Lululemon will rely on local ambassadors to support its development in France. It will sponsor a women's run, La Parisienne, on Sept. 8, inviting customers to train before the event and to participate in a huge yoga session near the Eiffel Tower on the eve of the race. The brand will also hold a Sweatlife Festival in Paris in October.
