Macron has inked an eight-year sponsorship agreement with the Italian Rugby Federation (FIR), which has been sponsored by Adidas for the last four years. The Italian teamwear company has also been chosen by Uefa as the official partner of its TEP (Top Executive Program) Kit Assistance Scheme, a project that Uefa launched in 2007 to help the “smaller” European football federations. The deal will cover two cycles of two years, 2018-2020 and 2020-2022. The first cycle will involve eight federations including Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Cyprus, the Faroe Islands, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg and San Marino. Macron will design and produce tailor-made collections for the main and Under 21 national teams of these countries, in collaboration with the staff of each federation.
