Macron has signed a five-year partnership agreement with Brose Baskets Bamberg, the first German club to enter the Euroleague Top Sixteen and winner of six of the last 11 national championships. The team was previously with Adidas. The deal will start from the 2015/2016 season. Macron recently became the technical sponsor of two German football teams. In November, the Italian footwear supplier signed a five-year technical sponsorship deal with FC Union Berlin, which will debut in the 2015/2016 season, replacing the club's previous deal with Uhlsport. Also in November, Macron signed a new five-year technical partnership agreement with TSV München 1860, another German football club, which will also start in the 2015/2016 season.
