Macron is the new technical sponsor of the Newcastle Falcons, the English rugby union team that plays in the English Premiership. The long-term partnership will start in the 2019/20 season and last until 2024. The agreement also covers The Thunder, the Rugby League team. In addition, Macron has extended its partnership with OGC Nice, the French football team based in Nice and currently playing in Ligue 1. The collaboration with OGC Nice, which began in 2017, is now set to continue for four more seasons.
