Macron, the Italian label of technical sportswear, is replacing Nike as the supplier of the kit for the Aston Villa FC, a team in the Barclays Premier League. The £15 million (€18.0m-$23.5m) deal takes effect for the start of the 2012-13 season and runs through May 2016. Macron will produce more than 100 products including replica kits and accessories related to Aston Villa, which will be its flagship team in the Premier League.
