Mathilde Lacoste has become the artistic director of Fusalp, the French skiwear brand acquired by Philippe Lacoste and his sister Sophie one year ago. She is the wife of Philippe Lacoste and has already started to work on the autumn/winter 2015/16 collection, which will be very different from the previous one. Presented for the first time at the Pitti Uomo fair in Florence this week, it includes a line of after-ski clothing. Mathilde Lacoste worked for 20 years at Lacoste, which is no longer controlled by the eponymous family. She took care of the development of all the products of the brand, including those made by its licensees. She was also involved in marketing.
