Merrell has named Louis Carlton creative director for apparel and Melora McGilligan materials manager for the unit. Both of them will report to Jordan Wand, the vice president and general manager for Merrell Apparel. Carlton and McGilligan will have input on Merrell designs starting with the autumn 2010 collection.
