Mike Rees has been named the new chief financial officer of Burton Corporation. He comes from VF Corporation, where his positions in his 16 years there included CFO of Reef and Eagle Creek and of the company’s international outdoor division. He will report to Laurent Potdevin, the chief executive, and work from the company’s headquarters in Vermont.
