ExtremePie.com, the European online fashion, urban and sports retailer, is looking to grow more organically and through acquisitions. For this purpose, the company has obtained new funding from Extreme Group, its parent company, and from Aspen Capital. The online retailer has also appointed a new managing director, Brian Campbell-Kearsey, a former executive of Fat Face who has also been with Crombie and T.J. Maxx.

The British company is offering a "white label service" for brands and companies to create and run their own branded retail websites. The brands would supply the merchandise and ExtremePie would supply the infrastructure, warehousing, online marketing and online retail systems.ExtremePie has also struck a sponsorship deal with Kontraband.com, the online gaming site. More than 12 million unique users per month will be able to see ExtremePie’s name in the area around the video player.

Launched in 2001, ExtremePie.com has been growing at an annual rate of 25 percent, working with a number of surf, skate, ski and lifestyle brands such as Animal and Vans.
