Manuel Streif has left Under Armour after eight years to join K2 Sport Europe as European key account manager and sales manager for K2 skates and Madshus. Prior to working with UA, where he gradually moved up to the position of sales manager for Germany, he served brief stints at GfK, Edelrid and Odlo. At K2, he is apparently taking over some of the responsibilities of Wolfgang Buchwieser, who was most recently the European sales manager for K2 skates. CCM Hockey has just announced that Buchwieser has been appointed sales manager at its eight-month-old Munich-based German subsidiary, which covers the German and Austrian markets.
