Nautilus will buy the assets of the Universal brand of fitness equipment along with seven additional trademarks – Universal Gyms, Power Pak, Universal Fitness, Maximus, Vitamaster, Cebturion and Power Circuit - for $2.31 million, adding to the company’s current brand portfolio of Nautilus, Bowflex, Stairmaster, Schwinn Fitness and Pearl Izumi.
