New Balance has signed several new licensing agreements in Europe. Star Sock, a company based in the Netherlands, has the license for New Balance sports socks, covering the whole Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, starting this year. Two other licensees have been signed up for the Italian market. Prisco has the license for lifestyle socks and underwear, starting this year. Another contract will start in 2013 for children's wear in Italy with Gruppo Simon, which is also a licensee for similar products of Dimensione Danza and other brands.
