New Balance has unveiled its first range of football boots. It consists of two styles, both suited for attack-minded players who run long distances on the pitch. The Visaro boot is for players who “make chances,” while the Furon boot is for those who “take chances.” The American brand is said to be negotiating a sponsorship deal with a major German football club after taking over many important contracts from a subsidiary, Warrior Sports, sponsoring big champions like Vincent Kompany and Aaron Ramsey, as well as leading teams such as Liverpool, Sevilla and Porto.
