New Balance is providing schools and clubs across the U.S. with team uniforms, which require a robust sample shipment process. Returnity, a specialist in reusable packaging integration for brands and retailers, has developed reusable shipping packaging for the Team Sports initiative at New Balance, with the objective of creating an environmentally-friendly system for the brand to ship samples to and from partners. New Balance will ship sample sport uniforms and footwear in Returnity’s reusable bags and boxes, which feature an antimicrobial coating on them to keep footwear, apparel and gear fresh and lasting longer. The reusable packaging is meant to eliminate the hundreds of single-use cardboard boxes most typically used throughout the athletic season.
