Nike and Apple are being sued for their collaboration around the Nike + iPod Sport Kit. The plaintiff, Affinity Labs of Texas, says that the companies are infringing on three patents it owns, related to the pedometer system and the performance monitoring system. The three companies had been in discussions over the issue for three years.
